Free Training Programs - Run or Walk

First Saturday of the Month (December thru May) - Downtown Grand Rapids, David D. Hunting YMCA, 475 Lake Michigan Drive - 8am

Second Tuesday of the Month (December thru May) - Perrin Brewing "No Problems", 5910 Comstock Park Drive NW, - 6pm

Last Wednesday of the Month - (January thru April) - Hills and Hops, John Ball Park - 6pm
