Training plans are tailored to help you achieve your running goals, whether it’s a personal record or finishing the race for the first time. With more than 250 members, chances are you will meet some people along the way who will not only help you train for your goal, but become friends beyond the workouts. Runners interested in joining RunGR for the 25K training should be able to run 4 miles for the first training run — your pace does not matter!
Included in the year long membership is a tech shirt, coaching from a level II certified USA Track & Field Coach, event specific training programs, group speed & hill workouts every Tuesday and Thursday, aided long group runs every Saturday, clinics, free entry to the 2018 Bridge Run, opportunity to attend social events, summer group cycling & swimming.
