The Fifth Third River Bank Run is a great opportunity to notice someone who is struggling, invite them to join you in your race training, challenge them to set goals and work hard to meet those goals, and empower themselves by stepping out of their comfort zone and finishing the race. Is there a better feeling than crossing that finish line? This race can reflect more than just running. It reflects the courage to take control of their mental health.
