A:  No, the buses will not leave until all participants have been accounted for.  The bus departure time is approximated based on the finishing times of previous relay participants.

A:  The person who starts the race will receive all the medals for your team on the bus back to downtown.  Meet up with your teammates to collect your medal.  Finishers, you do not need to grab a medal as you come through the finish line.
